Linking to a page...
Linking to a specific product...
For this example, we will be linking to one of our best
selling "Business Templates", Hosting - Blue. The product detail
page is always:
http://www.generalgym.com/proddetail.asp?prod= and then
the product number. To find a specific product number, you
simply find the product you want to link to and add it to your
shopping cart. The cart detail page will display the product
number.
In this case, the product number for "Tournament Croquet Set - 6 Player"
is PG101P. To complete the product detail page link, we would add
the product number to the end of the link, or
http://www.generalgym.com/proddetail.asp?prod=PG101P.
The next step is to add your affiliate code to the end of the
product detail link. For Hosting - Blue,
http://www.buckaball.com/proddetail.asp?prod=PG101P&PARTNER=yourpartnernamehere.
You can use our screenshots to advertise certain templates on
your site. However, you must save the specific screenshot to
your server. Simply right click on any product screenshot and
save it to your hard drive. Then place it into your web site,
complete with your affiliate information.
